Speech on My School
INTRODUCTION
Respected Principal Sir/Madam, teachers and dear fellow students. Before this beautiful day I have been given a lucky chance to address the future of our world. In my full effort and love I intend to say a few words regarding my topic- “My School”.
BODY
The first time I ever experienced an environment of the outside world was when I reached my school. I knew my parents told me good things about this place and had send me against my will to attend regularly with occasional holidays which I think meant to me as bribe to lure kids into keep coming every day. But I tried and it never failed me, I’ve benefited to be a part of my school and can proudly say that I love my school, teachers and friends. As for the description of my lovely school, it has 5 main buildings for teaching and 1 building comprising of principal office and school office. My school offers education up to 12th standard. My school other than being an educational facility also is where we students spend most of our time away from home and parents. So in a way our school is the second home, properly put-a home away from home. My school has teachers and staff who are very helping and kind, here teachers not only impart knowledge to students but also shape their overall personality as a leader and thinker. Although figuring out a student is not an easy task but somehow our teachers are built to have an aptitude for such things. And it makes me joyful to know that we students are a part of very nurturing place. The beauty of my school not only stems from its wondrous architecture but also from the very heart and minds which are behind these walls working to make our lives a better place. My school believes and maintains that each child is unique in his or her own way and needs different approach to tackle and teach them, and as for this very reason my school organizes various extra-curricular activities such as sports, quizzes, art festivals, speeches, etc. In a nutshell my school inculcates love and affection, care and devotion in its wards, that is us. If you ask me what have I learned in school, my answers would need much more words than would fit in a sentence or two, because my school as I’ve said isn’t just a knowledge and book place but also an overall development of a person facility which I proudly admire and bear as an honor. With everything that I’ve learned in my school and from it, I’ve put it to use multiple times in various competitions and won them with triumph. And it is my wish that may every lesson I’ve learned in my school will help build a better me, a caring me, a loving me, a helping me, and a serving me for the rightful cause.
CONCLUSION
To sum it up, being a part of this tremendous school has benefitted me immensely and I’m proud to be a part of such a revolutionary place. My hope and expectations for everyone who are here is to recognize the importance of opportunities given to you and use it to build a better future and a better India. Thank you for being such a patient crowd.
