I am ShreejetaBasu, resident of Shrinivas heights and the reason for writing this letter to XYZ travel agency is for not receiving my refund amount. On 29th August 2022 I had booked a Mumbai Travel package of 4 days & 5 nights and the cost for it was Rs25000/- The journey was supposed to began on 12th September 2022 but due to some medical issues I was not be able to join or travel so I back off and requested for cancellation of my booking. As per terms and conditions mentioned while booking, we cam cancel the booking and get 90% refund amount back within 30days after cancellation. It has been more than 30 days I didn’t got my refund amount. I even contact Mr Shah the staff of XYZ travel agency who guided us in booking and explaining the package. He assured us for refund amount within 30 days. I am aa copy of booking as well as cancelation with dates. My booking date was 29th August 2023 and my cancelation date is 6th September 2023. On 7th October 2023 I even talked to Manager of XYZ travel agency but did got the satisfy answer. At the time of booking the staff was quite supportive and guiding us in every point but when we canceled it no one is interested in answering us. At last I have only one option of writing this letter to CEO of company. I hope you would understand my issue and look into this matter. I need a assurance from your side that my amount will refund as soon as possible. Such kind of delay is not accepted from such a huge firm. My contact number is 8976565678. Do the needful
