Each and every organ present in living organism has there specific activity to perform . Every organ has its definite shape and size .Human body is made up of lots of organ some organs have key role to maintain the regulation and filteration of body i.e heart , lungs and kidney. We studied about heart and lungs in previous topics now we discuss on organ kidney.

What is kidney ?
Kidney is an organ present in human and other higher living organism .It is present in couple. It is bean like in shape and brownish red in colour. It is located in back side slightly upper side of the hip portion . Kidney has the purpose of cleaning the blood and throw the unwanted waste water in the form of urine out of the body .It direct and strain the flowing liquid of the body . Kidney is divided in three parts external part , middle part , internal part .The external part is called cortex , the middle part is called medulla and the internal part is called pelvis .Both artery and vein is connected to it for transportation of blood .The ureter is attached with kidney to pass out the urine from it for excretion .Kidney is the most important part of our body and any defect in kidney causes severe problem and health issues i.e kidney stone , blood pressure , kidney failure .
1) Kidney stone :
A tiny stone like substance trap in kidney which cause kidney stone . The stone like component causes due to less water consumption .
2) Blood pressure :
When the kidney is not able to filterate blood properly , the quantity of salt will high in our body which cause blood pressure .
3) Kidney faliure :
Kidney faliure can causes because of some defects in kidney which causes severe health issues or death .
When the kidney stop working in the body the blood will not get filter so doctors use synthetic or artificial filter which called dialysis .A person can servive till one to ten year on dialysis .Rather than dialysis kidney transplant is the an option.
