Ans :- Gallery is a place where one can easily find different forms/types of themes or certain groups like bullets, homepage, diagrams, computers, arrows etc

3.) What is a Floating Toolbar
Ans :- Floating toolbar is a toolbar where you can see many icons are been marked with a small arrow. The arrow shows that it has the additional functions.

Ans :-Basic shapes, Symbol shapes, Block Arrows, flowcharts, Callouts, Banners etc are the different shapes which are available in the Drawing Toolbar.

Ans :-Basically in a slide we can insert the picture by using two methods
- A.) Inserting picture in a slide from the file
- B.) Inserting picture in a slide from the Gallery
A.) Inserting picture in a slide from the file
The steps for inserting pictures in a slide from the file are as follows :-
Step : 1
Select the Insert option ——— Now go to the Picture ——– Select the File
After which the insert picture dialog box gets opened up
Step : 2
Now click on the picture that you wish to insert in a slide and then make a click on Open button
The selected picture gets inserted in the slide
B.) Inserting picture in a slide from the Gallery
The steps for inserting picture in a slide from the Gallery are as follows :-
Step : 1
In the Menu Bar just click on Tools ——— Now go to Gallery ——– And then make a click on Gallery to open the Gallery. Then gallery will get open.
Step : 2
You need to select the Theme of your choice and the different pictures under those themes will be displayed.
Step : 3
If incase you want to insert any image from the theme section, then you just need to take the cursor on the image and then right click the mouse button, and select the Insert option from the dropdown list.
a) Now click on copy or link option after which the selected picture gets inserted.
2.) What do you mean by Drawing Toolbar? Write the various tools listed in the Drawing Toolbar.
Ans :- Drawing Toolbar is a toolbar which has various tools which are mostly helpful in drawing geometric shapes and free hand drawings, and we can arrange them in a page.
The steps for opening the Drawing toolbar are
Click on the Menu bar and open them ——– Now click on View ——— Go to the Toolbars ————- Click on Drawing Toolbar. The Drawing Toolbar screen appears

3.) Write down the steps for inserting Font work
Ans :- Following are the steps which are used for inserting Font work are :-
Step 1 :
Go to the View in the Menu Bar —————– Select the Toolbars ———— Font work
Step 2 :
From the Font work Gallery, select the Font work toolbar. Now select any of the Font work and click on the Ok button.
