Dr.Kalam’s father’s answer is being referred to here.
His answer was that whenever human beings find themselves alone, as a natural reaction they start looking for company. When they are in any trouble, they look for someone to help them. When they reach an impasse, they look for someone to show them the way out. Every recurrent anguish, longing and desire finds its specific helper. People who come to his father in distress, he is a go-between in their effort to propitiate dominic forces with prayers and offerings. This approach is not correct and should not be followed. One must understand the difference between a fear-ridden vision of destiny and the vision that enables to seek the enemy of fulfilment within ourselves.

Subject: An application to complain about the delay in the delivery of a very urgent letter.
Respected sir,
I beg to state that I am very disappointed with your postal service recently. I am the person who used to rely on much on postal service for any official purpose. I was about to get an appointment letter by post within last month. I was waiting eagerly to receive the good news through letter. But I did not get the letter on right time. It reached ten days later of the specific time. I could not attend and join the organisation where I supposed to work from that day. I came to know about this delay when I contacted them. They were very upset for my negligence and commitment towards work. But it was not in my hand to receive the official letter. I was worried and angry at the same time. I contacted my organisation somehow on that day and explained them the reason of my being late there. They were not ready to consider me and though I was giving excuse. I could have lost the great opportunity of a new job for your irresponsible service. Many people are still dependent on you for their personal and official purposes. I received the letter ten days later and I asked the postmaster about the reason. But he failed to give me an valid reason. I have become uncertain and lack of confident to depend on postal service for the next time.
So, my request is to improve the service so that people get satisfied. You are employed to serve public so please take minimum responsibility of the fact. Next time I will expect better service in time from you.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
