To,
The deputy secretory,
West Bengal council of higher secondary education,
Kolkata- 700053, west Bengal
Subject: an application for necessary correction of name in registration certificate.
Respected sir,
I beg to state that I am a student of higher secondary education in west Bengal higher secondary council board, going to appear in higher secondary in this year. I am well-prepared and confident about my preparation to perform well in the final exam. But an issue has been raised which caused me tension just before the exam. When I collected my specific registration certificate from school I found out that my name is misspelt there. I queried in my school about it and asked for correction, but I am informed that I have to contact to the council as registration certificates are sent from there. After examination, this registration certificate will be useful for many other official purposes too. So, I need to correct it for future purposes as well.
I have submitted my registration certificate to school for correction already. It is my humble request to you for correcting it as early as possible before exam.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Sunitagoswami
